The series of Sail Bunaken activities that undertaken in the sea of Manado and Bitung, North Sulawesi, on 12-20 August 2009 could be the biggest maritime event of this 21st century. This activity involves dozens of countries with warships and sailing ships as well as the projected number of divers for the dive world record-breaking.

When first time i decided to blog, I was quite confused to determine for the provider which free blog will I use. As far as I know, there are two free blogs that most widely used, namely Blogspot and WordPress. However, why people choose one of them? I try to take my own conclusions based on the sighting of various blog with that two free blog.

1. Template
Blogger (Blogspot) is used by those who are oriented on blog design, couse have more flexible template. There are many interesting templates, which is available in a variety of free templates site, which can be retrieved and used. Furthermore, blogger template, can be changed according to their own style. Can be add by various widgets, and even add in the column, and so forth. In short, it seems more bloggers chosen by those who are interested in design templates, HTML code and Javascript language.

WP (Word Press) focused on reading and writing writing. Most views in the WP blog template looks simple and clean. Average, which is usually provided template by WP. Additional widgets in WP blogs are also simple, not too complicated and busy. However, the benefits, the average of WP blog get a lot of readers comment.

2.Adsense
Besides, most blog at blogger used to display ads, especially Google adsense. Perhaps, this work much easier. First because the blogger is free blog that provided by google itself, and easy registration using gmail acount, which is clearly provided email acount by google. In addition, there are many PPC ads and Paid Review advertised.

Meanwhile, in the WP, I do not find the ad impressions. Most, writings on the WP more weight and look serious. There are rarely also,WP blog that show Google AdSense ads and other PPC ads.

My Conclusion:
Therefore, i think that blogger is used by those who are interested in templates design and online business. Meanwhile, most blog WP (Word Press) is used by those who are oriented reading, writing and writing community development .

So, when you choose one of them, I suggest you to determine your blogging orientation first. If you want to learn work with HTML code, blogs feature, java script support, and then the ad, you should use Blogspot.
However, if you want complete template, so you can be more concentration on any posts, does not deal with HTML code and does not want ads, you should choose WP.
